unlimited technical support. Support hours are from 8:30
a.m. to
5:00 p.m. CST.
Our support team provides two contact options should support
issues arise:

Support page to access the Customer Login area, and fill out the
Service Request Form. This option tends to produce the
quickest response time and is the Support Team's preferred
method of contact.

450-6696. Your call will be answered by a Call Coordinator who will open a new support ticket and a
Support Analyst will return your call within the 2 hour response commitment, although calls are often returned within the hour.
